Court-Ordered Mediation Process Begins on Lawsuit Against New Jersey School District Filed by Alexander Nicolas

LANGHORNE, Pa., Oct. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- AR RECORDS -- Dr. Alexander Nicolas who is a recording artist, producer, arranger, educator, pastor, and performer, who's origin or descendant is from Panama City, Panama, filed a Complaint DOCKET NO. MER- L-1718-18 against the Trenton Board of Education in Trenton, NJ on 8/3/2018. The Complaint was filed in the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, LAW DIVISION MERCER COUNTY against the School District and it's Defendant's based on ethnic/racial discrimination, retaliatory actions, failure to promote, practice and procedure, aiding and abetting, and discrimination based on retaliation for failure to promote. Nicolas has been an employee with the school district for 25 years.
The SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, LAW DIVISION MERCER COUNTY has Order the Defendants of the Trenton Board of Education to enter into a mediation process with Plaintiff Nicolas in an effort to bring the current legal matter to a closure, pending trial. Nicolas expresses that the current legal matter can potentially set a precedent throughout the educational arena preventing others from experiencing a negative and unfair hiring and promotional practice. The lawsuit was filed in the first place because of ethnic/racial discrimination, retaliatory actions, and failure to promote.
The CHANGES that Dr. Nicolas is attempting to make with the lawsuit it to set a precedent throughout the educational arena preventing others from experiencing a harsh, negative, and unfair hiring and promotional practice. In addition, the PRECEDENT that Dr. Nicolas is trying to set with the lawsuit is to make school districts accountable for their discrimination actions and to make district officials understand that people should be treated in a fair manner and be hire for their job qualifications and not by their color, creed, or ethnicity, etc. The mediation PROCESS is currently being conducted by a mediator service assignment by the Court in which a first meeting was held between the attorney of the Defendants and the Plaintiff. According to Nicolas the fight for justice is an ongoing battle in this current legal matter. Langhorne, PA--(AR RECORDS – US News)—December 5, 2016--Composer, saxophonist and producer Dr. Alexander Nicolas who was born on (February 3, 1970) in Panama City, Panama, known as Dr. Suave in the music world is preparing to release his next CD "The Return," after being absent of the music scene for five years. The re-birth of Dr. Suave takes place with this new Cd title “The Return.” The Return is a mix of smooth Jazz, instrumental Gospel, and Traditional Jazz or Latin Jazz. In an effort to please his fans, Dr. Suave has written and composed the current songs to meet the expectations of his fans as well as the music critics. He is currently releasing in 2018 “Let’s Go”, which featured Yasmine Nicolas in Vocals.
His General Music Career:
Alexander Nicolas began recording music in 1988. He has released several instrumental albums. Dr. Alexander Nicolas released his six Vocal and instrumental Spanish album in 2012 titled “Canto A Jesus.” This six released endeavors a combination of spiritual Instrumental Gospel music. The lyrics and instrumental version were written and composed by Dr. Suave. The 2012 released. The 2012 instrumental release was part of the beginning stages of the entry list for Grammys.
In late April of 2009 in the United states and internationally, Dr Suave releases the his fifth Instrumental album title "Faith" which is a collection of instrumental gospel-inspired music that was composed, arranged, and produced by Alexander Nicolas who earned his Doctorate in Educational Administration a few years after his arrival to the United States from his native country of Panama in 1988. In addition, a few years later Alexander Nicolas earned his second Doctorate in Educational Administration from Capella University. Already embraced by devout audiences in Panama and other South American countries, Dr. Alexander Nicolas is ready to share with American audiences through his love for instruments, especially the saxophone. In Panama, his talents have been compared to those of legendary musicians Dave Koz and Kenny G. "He is our Kenny G.
During the early nineties Alexander Nicolas music was played in more that one hundred and twenty countries. Dr. Alexander Nicolas has performed in various locations here in the United States as well as national television. He has performed at the Amateur night at the Apollo Theater in Harlem N. Y. 2004. He interviewed on Telemundo 2006 and has been on several interviews with ABC television stations in 2002 and 2008. In addition Dr. Nicolas Cd “Fidelity” was in the entry list for Latin Grammy in 2006. "Faith" is Nicolas\" six independent productions, but the first to be widely distributed in the United States. One of the tracks on "Faith" is a beautifully arranged Latin/modern gospel version of "Believe," a song he plans to perform on November 4th, 2009 in memory and celebration of the independence of Panama City.
